The recent 8-K says a reverse merger is happening.

BSSP is acquiring Canteck, but because they are giving more than 50% of the shares to Canteck, Canteck is actually acquiring the company.

This is one way that a private company can become a public one.

Today's 8-K is the first mention of the transaction, so old information will likely show up while looking into REVE Technologies/BSSP.

Lots of people were stuck buying previously - the stock had no bid for awhile - and that's why there is some animosity.

Could go either way ... up to you to decide what you want to do.
