I agree, Larry went on MN1.com and basically said that he was working on getting the china deal finalized... AND, he also stated that he was NOT issuing more shares.

Think about the implications of his statements... His voice is on that mp3 recording, which btw you can download here..

If it is found out he lied on MN1, that is admissible in court as evidence against Larry (ie: open and shut case)... If Larry has no intention of following through with his claims, he would not have gone on MN1 in my opinion. I think he genuinly has interests in getting his projects up and running, its just that he's not that experienced with dealing with shorters. So perhaps gagging the TA was the first thing that came to his mind?... Either way, I hope the pps doesn't drop any lower... I'm not selling anyway, I'm already past the point of no return with this stock... MM's will have to rip the shares away from my cold dead hands because I ain't giving them away at these ridiculous prices.
