Yes and here is the quote from the report:

Thus, the number of shares of the Issuer's common stock beneficially owned by Typenex as of the date of this filling was 466,878,988, which is 9.99% of the 4,673,463,343 shares that were outstanding on that date (as reported in the Issuer's Definitive Schedule 14C filed on October 29, 2015)"
A 13g is simply stating the Beneficial Ownership of shares, which they already owned back in Oct of last year. Very old news for the majority of us here. Timing just wasn't good.

That last revenue POWfolio, many of us have already been testing the last 3 weeks and it is incredible. A launch date is coming any day and will be released World Wide in the app store with an Android release shortly after.
SS could be better but with these streams of revenue at these levels it can and will handle those issues without much problem.
