I own several millions of shares. Information is hard to come by. I know a little about the cellular business. I owned 10% in a couple of Cellular RSA's in the late 80's and early 90's. VELA has a good plan, but if they are only a Re-seller and do not own Towers, switches and cell sites they will have a tough go because there is nothing Proprietary that VELA owns and the Owners of the equipment can sell the same product that VELA is selling?
