Santa. I've been a long-time investor in URBF: I've ridden out two reverse splits now. This is unbelievable. Pathetic. This company can only redeem itself now if it doesn't re-start dilution, begins to show increasing value and stops the toxic financing. I wish I was convinced that management is doing its best to just make the business a success, but it sure appears to be purposely screwing the shareholders. Seems like they would realize that doesn't work out too well. But then maybe I'm mistaken: maybe it works out quite well for THEM.
