I wonder if that was just a T-trade that took place during the day, but didn't get recorded until after the bell. I never really see any aftermarket trades on the OTC because the trades are usually too expensive to make after hours. So I'm guessing it was a T-trade. Maybe a big lump sum of shares trading hands between two MMs to tie up loose ends at the end of the day.
