Based on extensive DD, we are expecting merger announcement sometime soon, it could be any day, it could be next month, it could be the following month. What we know is that, Klean's website says, coming soon, publicly traded company. We know that, it's not an IPO, so it's either a reverse merger and ASUV, could very well be the vehicle, everything points to this path. Now, we could be wrong, but this is the one the viable options for Klean. You need to check the sticky point and concur yourself. The evidence is overwhelmingly compelling, that's why I got in about 3 weeks ago.
