License expiry has nothing to do, with the merge. You have to understand that, at this juncture it is totally irrelevant. When license expires, they will renew, plain and simple. Klean's license expires 4/30 and ASUV's license expires 5/31, Klean will renew their license and more than likely, ASUV will renew their license too, unless they announce the merger before or on ASUV's license expiration. News could come out some time in June, anywhere from 1st to 2nd week of June.
