It's not my fault there are no realistic answers here. Aside from the pie in the sky made up bs, there is no stated realism going on here. The delay as stated by gers, was all known data, including the share swaps and issues when the "merger" took place January 1. All of that was A KNOWN set of variables. Therefore, all that known on January 1 should NOT translate to 5 months of not working, and a massive delay in filings for both companies. To claim otherwise is complete bs.
