MM's can't move the bid. No MM's are making a market in PHOT, especially after FINRA removed PHOT from OTCBB quotations (8 days after getting of the greys).

OTC indicates unsolicited quotes only, which means only customer orders are being reflected in the bid/ask.

The toxic deathspiral financing might put even further downward pressure on the share price, as will the shares issued to satisfy the lawsuit settlement ($2 million-worth of PHOT shares).
