Remember the housing boom, than bust.


Yes it's possible. But with NO DEBT we will be better off.
But with falling costs of solar, and eventual rising costs of fossils we have the best chance of a boom.
And with all the solar installations out there, you would thing that the market was saturated. Not so.
Look at all the empty rooftops in California....
