Keep a close eye on crgo's stock price and vol listed on foreign mkts. Very odd price flux today as it dropped on strong vol but regained previous plateus on minimal buying. In my opinion there are no more brk pts and float, which is the total outstanding and completely held im convinced, Carefully determine your own peak, news must be immenent. Comp had prev gone back and restated past 3yrs fins, obtained strategic locals for its biz, and solidified key foreign relationships. Have heard some "very optimistic" theories such as going to a higher exch, At this pt anything is possible and very few are even mentioning this stock on many boards.
