Yes, you are absolutely correct. The license expiry at this point is irrelevant to the subject matter (merger). However, the license expiry of Harmonic ends on 5/31, that should be the question. Would Harmonic renew? So, I guess the time frame I predicted, somewhere around 1st or 2nd week of May should be delayed till probably 1st or 2nd week of June, should they merge. But you never know, it could be anytime between now and sometime in June. This week, if we see significant volume, we would know peeps in the know are accumulating for the inevitable merger.
