The judges on 4/15 were discussing some of those points weren't they? Especially the numbers beginning with 42...., correct? I don't recall these points being discussed or mentioned much in the documents from the other cases. Nor have I seen them argued much on online boards such as Ihub or TH717.

Why haven't those points been a bigger point of contention? Or have I simply missed it all along? We've all discussed what a conservator can and can't do. But we've seldom referred to the actual lines in the law that define as much.
