I think the bio agreement with GE produced cygx testing the bird flu in a level 4 bio lab

A live virus I may add can you name one biotech company cygx size in the US who is testing a live bird flu virus in a level 4 bio suited lab

I am not aware of any

how did this happen
or was it MS earning his salary
