if TALK is a scam, T-mobile must be scam too considering we pretty much partially work for them now .. CPD Mobile, now TALK, named the 6th Largest T-Mobile Master Dealer, audited fins for prev year already show 17+ millions in revenues, awaiting audited fins for last half of 2015 and I'm thinking revenues have definitely increased based on DD .. Immediate Profitability would be amazing but will not determine the immediate success of the NEW $$$$TALK$$$$ .. Several companies decide, as a private companies, to go Public to reach those long-term goals. The debt argument is nonexistent imo, all companies have it and function business as usual.

Financing options will be endless once proper valuation is placed on the company, going PUBLIC ... don't forget Metropcs was a Master T-Mobile Dealer with yes a larger network but $6 million in debt and was purchased by them for 1.5 billion, or $4.09/share for Metropcs holders .. The Big Boy Carriers want Customers and with CPD Mobile having over 1600 stores that we know of, TALK will be well on its way Up! Here's what T-Mobile had to say about CPD Mobile, now part of TALK:
