Good to be back!

This forum for the most part has been full of thoughtful posts. Something that seems rare eslewhere.

I still think sub penny is possible. The potential is good however given the risks and poor share structure, no matter how well its been handled over the years, doesnt scream buy. What i have noticed with the OTC is that stocks tend to be too highly valued on future variations of what could be the company but fail to look at the inbetween. The debt, the dilution that will typically be necessary. Even if there will be little of this we are in the hands of business folk who usually get tempted to raise capital once the pps goes nuts. Their appetite is larger than their plans for expansion and it isn't throttled with consideration for longs. Value traps get created and one can get stuck for years waiting for pps to climb. Hopefully a competitor or mismanagement doesn't slash your mutli year out plans in the mean time. Am I a little pessimistic? I would argue I'm realistically cautious.

Many stocks have taught me that lesson. The best ones were PLUG, SLTD, and HYSR.
Timing is important but that's very hard to do in my experience. Trying to fundamentally value a viable product and understanding how much of a burden to create it is a better route for me.
A nice non bench sized full system prototype with per unit costs and capabilities is where I will revise my opinion on the sub penny assessment and yeah, the pps may go wild for a bit. However, I would expect the valuation get a reality check in the months and years later. That's the place to load the boat imho.

Again, its good to be back.
