I have heard from a source that the deal is on! We will see if huge volume comes into the stock on Monday. Could be a bunch of bull - but then again it could be true. This guy has been in the deal from Nov 2015 and he says that he is close to the deal.

Regardless, Sullivan is not going to void his shell by not filing his 30k- i thought that the E was going on friday, but when it does he has another 30 days.
