Additionally, it's been said on this MB that numerous of companies listed on the OTC fail to submit reports, and so it shouldn't be construed as negative should ELTP management ever chose to not file in a timely manner. Such assertions are ridiculous. Of course a publicly traded company shall file required reports. Failure to do so by omission or intention is a negative. For example, look no further than some of difficulties VRX is having for not having filed in a timely manner.
