IMO, There is a HUGE difference between Equus Co Venture deal and possible use of asianprosource expertise.

Equus was brought by Morrison and Ross to partner for selling NGCG products in Asia. After so many news about difficulties for US companies to collect $$ for sold products, it wasn't such a great idea.

What the most successful co's do is subcontracting manufacturing to China.

My hope is this what Tom Kim is looking for as well.
Think about it: China can manufacture millions of products very fast and much less expansive. (Does anyone remember Steve Jobs iPhone news?)

If this will prove to be the case, Tom is looking to build a real BIG NGCG!
