Ok please correct me if I am wrong

NXG can not attempt a take over until after Oct 19 2006 when the agreement they signed is 1 year old

They as a company or individuals\Board members or officers of NXG can not purchase shares either till after Oct 19 2006

Not much has changed in relationship to value of AZK holdings other then some timely drill results released by their BOD

Don't believe they will be in production stage by Oct 19 2006 unless I missed something

NXG wants them pretty bad but not at an overly cost structure

If all this is true then I firmly believe if prior to the NXG CC or during no announcement is made of another take over then it would clearly point to the fact that NXG had more then enough tendered and will look to take them out Mid Oct 2006

For my take it is worth the risk to drop 25K on AZK in late Aug early Sept in an attempt to grab 30% on my money for 2 months tie up.
