Of course financing is still needed to make the necessary acquisitions for the spin-offs. But this deal if it comes to pass, which is likely, will solve in big part the more pressing and worrying issue of financing the construction of the Megafarm. We cannot afford more delays in this in my opinion. For the sake of our EPS this isvery good news. And it also makes the capital requirements for spin-off activities and working capital more easy to bear.

I don't expect it to have great effect on the share price through. But it makes me a bit more comfortable.
