No rumors or news of license even to plant this year, they didn't last year, so doubt anyone believes that will happen. The buyers are likely figuring with 200 bucks they can purchase 2 million shares, what the heck a little news it can double and risk is low for big loss. Just my opinion, after years here and the lack of any communication or progress I believe this turd is cooked.
