Looked like a Work Over Rig utilized to enhance production of existing wells. Very cheap way to capture more oil compared to drilling. I spent 4 years in Williston North Dakota as a manager for a major company in the middle of the Bakken oil boom. New tech. has made it possible to rework older wells bring them back to full production for a reasonable cost. Remember older wells have long ago paid for original drilling cost, and produce with very low overhead. New drilling and fracking is expensive. With lower oil prices in play reworking existing wells is where the smart money is.
