Joe Tragesser doesn't know basic math if the RS was suppose to be good for existing shareholders! That statement makes him look like a complete idiot. How a CEO can make an RS his first action in the OTC and then come out with that statement is beyond my comprehension. So far the guy has been absolutely useless! GRCU might run again like many OTC penny stocks and for no reason other than hype. IMO it won't run on fundamentals but I have all the incentive in the world to "hope" it does and hits .50 some year! Highly unlikely given the history and current management profiles and past actions.
