He has illegally avoided filing a Form 4. We know he obtained more shares when the convertible debenture was converted and we know neither he nor Chrome filed the required paperwork. So we have no idea idea how many shares he really owns now.

Maybe he along with Ntephe and Obodulu are buying dilution insurance and and also assuring that they retain control no matter what.

Could that be the real reason they haven't had shareholder meetings and director votes? Something tells me they have now rectified that situation and have effective control once again. Some day we might even find out if and when they decide to make the required disclosures.
