Well i just hope DP will not need all those shares, and that if he must do a reverse split....that it would be

lower than 1:10. I get that he needs to buy assets in CA before Nov, and build out in LV.

SO for me ...with the amount of shares i own... I would be very happy he got where the company needs to be at 800k common shares----> and then did a 1:5 reverse split.

Any long that has 300k or more would be set for life after the 1:5 RS.
