I may be wrong, but I believe it is up to Apple on approvals or something for exact date. So soon probably means very soon.

There seemed to be a hint in the QA yesterday on when but maybe I'm the only one who caught it for exact target date.

If someone else gets it then maybe I'm not crazy.
