I received an e-mail last week saying he is working around the clock to complete everything.
here's the full e-mail:
I want to thank you and the other shareholders for your patience. I have such a killer deal in the works that I believe it will be the deal of the year in the non-reporting market. There were (are) a few subsidiaries that had to be taken out from under the parent umbrella, and a few shareholders that had to be negotiated with in order to make EEGI's structure good enough for this merger. I know the waiting is difficult but my goal here is to do a career changing deal, and thats what I believe this is. I wish I could giv eyou a firm date on an announcement right now, but I just don't have that information Yet. It is going to be sooner rather than later but we are definitely very very close. Just a few more details and we will announce what I think is an industry changing, play. I truly think the market will react this way as well, so I feel we are in for a really insane summer. I'm very optimistic. We will have to see.
I just wanted you (and the others) to know I am working around the clock to get everything perfect for an announcement.
