I got email from IR yesterday. There is no conversion happening, no notes due. I had question about April 24th if that was any cause for conversion, those have been paid off already
Later I did some solid DD on this stock. I was totally wrong on this stock earlier. I must say that. I noticed AMMJ is consistently cranking 200-300K orders every other month on setting up dispensaries, getting them license, help them with equipment, work with states to get dispensary license. This company will go crazy once DEA approves medical MJ in couple of months. Yesterday DEA seems to have already approved MJ for PTSD. I see this stock at 2 dollars by year end. That is very conservative targets. Additionally this stock is showing up in many BLUE CHIP MJ company articles, best of breed. I read the entire report yesterday, looked at last 2 years orders they got, most are medical MJ orders - the most important thing is they are in different states, that's the beauty, all the way from Hawaai, maryland and Nevada. Three big contracts, one was worth 500k, others are 200-300K
I thought this was another pump and dump MJ play. Man..I was wrong..sorry if I had bashed it because for me everything in pennyland is pump and dump dilution games. I don't trust a single company. However this looks like a fantastic MJ play in early stages of MJ boom
I recommend everyone to DD, read past 6-7 PR's carefully where they reported solid orders and clearly indicates as medical MJ explodes, these guys are going to be the KEY player in the game, helping companies take care of the entire set up
This is gem of stock, do not miss the ride. I am loading this up today and next few days, very cheap, this year they may double the revnue considering MJ craze and next year you are looking at 5-6 million revenue minimum, the market cap is cheap only 9 million, very less overheads, rock solid management and nothing to worry about any legal issues -
