That in itself is up for debate

As well as differing from company to company. The CFO reports to the board, where in essence a good CEO will be working closely with the CFO, as in smaller companies, the CFO is more or less the default COO.

In this case since there is a new CEO, the chances that Marilu is going to continue her role as CFO are slim, but quite possible considering who the CEO is, and how these type of companies are run.

My point is Marilu in this situation, is by far the sole person to be focusing on at this point, in my opinion, this issue is by far more relative to the new CEO, Kevin.
