How the hell could you stand by a statement that they should not be accountable for decisions 9 months ago. Especially when they led investors on with false forward looking statements.

This is a smoke and mirror attempt to feel good about yourself and pretend.

The simple fact is this is down 95%+ since 9 months ago. You cannot just wash that off the performance sheet. Ugh.
