Has the clock started ticking yet, on the statute(s) of limitations that you're referring to? When? And, if so, when do the statute(s) of limitations expire?

That really is the magic question isn't it?

IMO the clock doesn't start until the fraud stops - which it hasn't - but that's open to interpretation.

I wish someone could ask John Bordynuik for his opinion. That would be important too I suspect. It's like that guy doesn't even exist any more.

The guy invented all this disruptive technology and then just vanished...

P.S. Bordynuik was dead broke when this whole thing started and now he's not. Many of his "investors" were pretty well-off before they ever heard his name and now they're not.
