Rico, I was looking at their financial, I came up with something that is a little puzzling and I need your help to figure this out. Looking into their financials from the OTC site, I came across a clause, that Harmonic is obligated to pay 3% royalty on gross sales, $2.50 for every tire they sale and $3.00 for every truck tire they sale to Kouie in Japan for 5 years starting 2012 and I would assume it would end in 2017. So, I think Mann is buying time, until the contract is officially over.
