Sorry no pm but wanted to respond. This isn't a buyout though I can't rule out that being a possibility down the road. What we have is an insider (Robert Roche https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_Roche ) funding the company which is eerily similar to the company he founded ticker ATV. I suspect maybe this is going to be used as the US arm of ATV but that's speculation. Either way this guy now has put over $3M in RVUE with an average of .03 so I'd say that's where we're heading
