Ok this is odd and need some help here has anyone heard of Tocsa? Has it been up for a while? I did a we search of anything new on VELATEL and the website below popped up saying it was updated 18 hours ago. I am not trying to get anyone's hopes up just trying to make sense of the whole thing.
