Why do you say "laundered"?
I have seen the allegations only by the people that revived the money,there hasn't been a trial correct?
On the others hand if an American citizen has an off shore account it is only a problem if they do not report the income,the majority of brokerage firms do not take in pink sheet penny stocks to trade...
Just report and pay taxes....no harm not foul!
