IMO IENG seems to look to access capital markets after some event that we are not aware of takes place in near future? This is the only reason that makes any sense at all to why a company would go out of its way to keep the filings quiet and not have regular updates that keep people interested in the prospect of future direction of company????? My guess, and only a guess and most likely a hope is that whatever that event us passes and the low price is only due to waiting for that event to pass. Then the news most likely will come along and be a lot more press and information friendly to shareholders. This is most likely in my opinion why a company would do all of these filings at all when only a few months ago, the company was silent???? All in my opinion and the only reason I continue to hold IENG? If not, then another tax write off is the way it goes sometimes! GLTA!!!
