Sounds like the same story the promoters have been trying to sell since 2015. If you agree RESN will dilute, since they are out of money, why should any investor currently own the stock? Why not wait for the offering and the drop in price then load up? It's sad to see this company burn so many people yet they still try to believe in it. Good luck.
