You got that right! Specifically, late financial filings effect loan agreements, the company's ability to secure credit arrangements without further crushing shareholders, and many options that require FINRA and/or SEC approval, just to name three! For Schramm, the "much ballyhooed" astute business mogul, the late 10-Q filing is just plain stupid! What a buffoon! Is there any possibility Schramm has already grabbed a "satisfactory" pile of shareholder money and has decided the "retire"?
