I am not defending Cultura
I don't think it is right to withhold the artifacts DBM or Global recovered
I am just asking who would perform the division or get the artifacts if DBM no longer exists.

BTW Tracy had a divisional split just before the contracts ended, the amount of artifacts he has still
in Cultura is nominal at best. A small amount of Guadalupe artifacts and some Concepcion silver.
But then again he has always had an inside track on what was happening before it happened. Thats why he operated so successfully here for forty years.
I think he saw the writing on the wall (or was told) and pushed for a division before everything stopped.
Anyway he filled up his little red Toyota truck and had to make three trips to his house, so I know he got most of his stuff. He just didn't tell anybody.

The looting is terrible, but it is an island country, surrounded by water and shipwrecks, how would you stop it?
