The NT 10-Q was filed on April 15, so the 5th calendar day, not business day, after the filing, is today, April 20. IMO...XLIT is in default and will quite possibly get the "yield" sign with the designation "Pink-Limited Information" on OTC Markets! Apparently James Schramm is so busy selling LightSheets, he cannot conform to the SEC REGULATIONS, which mandate timely filing of financial statements! Crossing swords with the regulators is not smart!
