What happened here?

What happened was a massive sell off on news.

Could have been insiders
Could have been panic sellers
Could have been message board pumpers
Could have been the CEO/Dilution

All I know is that the chart got a nice hair cut today.

Some say it's the RSI cooling off.

But that's not necessarily true because if majority of the float was locked up by "longs" then their wouldn't have been 70+ million shares to dump into the bid.

The news was absolute garbage and show an incompetent CEO/management.

To me SNMN is a scam.

Doesn't mean it can't come back and blow past previous highs...but you speculate at your own risk.
