So basically, the company has parted ways with Corpaycar (CPC) and its combo hitter, and is focused on rebranding itself as Global Fitness Corp.
All we need now is confirmation of the acquisition of three fitness training centers and the establishment of the Nutrastax division. Then the stock will climb.
