I checked your link and looked around. The state is not accepting any more applications as tier 3 producers... and tier 1 and 2 applications are not being accepted either. When submitting an application it will show up as pending... then after being accepted it will change to active. Just like the scale that is listed for wildfire. How can we assume they can get a tier 3 license when Washington won't accept any more applicants. I don't see it pending under Wildfire.
