You know about the taxes for short term gains and long term gains?

Long term will tax you from 0-15% for most folks. If your tax rate is 15% then you could pay ZERO taxes.

Short term is at your normal tax rate.

Any gains in a 401K is taxed at your normal tax rate regardless how long you held them.

I'd imagine unless you were a professional day trader the chances are not in your favor.
