After quick research... Universal Garment Wash and Dye LLC does look like decent company (almost family business) in the power laundries industry, and the whole deal with Markray was actually a reverse merger with the purpose to go public. I don't know what previous owners promised to do with their remaining shares (which are already out of restriction, btw), and how Mr. Brown is going to handle the Delaware tax debt... If you believe the latest report they did pay $2,890 State Income Tax and $490 penalty, but this is probably their taxes in California. They may missed the fact that now, being public corporation, they need to take care of Delaware tax too. We will see.

I wonder... where did all famous gold assets go? How is it possible just to ignore company's previous reports w/o major reorganization (like bankruptcy, or dissolution)? But it's OK.
