Very much a dead ticker (or should be)… Molen is just selling shares all the way down to .0001. If history repeats itself (2010 and 2011 R/S), He will just keep silent until the second reverse split is over (a few months from now), then come up with some BS story again that is 1% true and 99% a lie.

I think that he will find that building a 3rd fake plant is going to take more effort. First, only the most toxic debt lenders would loan money to such a scam. No licensed bank would have anything to do with VEGA, the way the income statement/balance sheet reads is totally laughable. Second: too many victims of his past performance are still around and are not happy.

Hope you guys don't get caught being bag holder here, but Molen will do the best he can to make sure that there will be no escape after you buy this crap…..It only goes down, except for R/S
