transcription of conference call!

i did my best, missed the first couple minutes because i wasnt planning on transcribing but figured what the hell.

• We thought it was a natural fit to look at partnering with dna which will be focused on relaunch of existing dna product line and development and intro of new product lines that will utilize the strength of the dna brand and IP to gain advancement in retail stores.

• Dna holds 8 proprietary blends developed over the last 9 years

• The blends will be pared down because SKUs are too expensive for all blends…the 4 most popular blends will be developed and integrated with different brands back into retail.

• In terms of where we are now: Adrian has done a good job getting the CO back on track…partnership is three weeks old. What ACLP is doing with DNA is contacting previous suppliers and distros to releaunch the product over the course of the next se=vereal months.

• We have identified opportunities that will immediately benefit the CO and get back in retail.

• We have an agreement in place with a distro that focuses on 7 midwest states that will target 200-300 convenient stores with our 4 blends.

• The relaunch will happen in the third quarter

• Right now the sales teams have been testing the markets and making plans to take preorders.

• Dna has been working with creditors and shareholders to make a new run…creditors giving chance to relaunch a brand

• Once we begin the relaunch, aclp intends to introduce product to other channels including big box, grocery, beer and sprit distro that dna will benefit from.
o Also gained interest from international distributors..very interested in the product..

o We have aligned ourselves with a major player doing more than $4m in retail in 2,500 stores
o Run a few samples, have a drop in the stores, and get a buzz going about the products

• Want to leverage the IP of dna…will look at market and where it is headed…energy market is good but saturated so they want to take advantage of what the brand could be, develop functional bevs, maybe medicinal bevs, in order to become a major player. This is why they developed hemp based wellness shots.

• Three products in the kit offered via the unnamed suppliers distro channels.

• Brief over view of gen agreement btwn accel and dna:

• 50/50 partnership
