Max out share count by taking notes out with the last few 100,000,000 shares. This will leave the company in a position where Lavoie won't have any shares left for executive pay. To continue the great moves and decrease more shareholder value she will have a board meeting with herself and unanimously increase the share count to 750,000,000,000, just a little increase or just enact a r/s without a share decrease and boom more share pay!
